Top End Short Stays offers some of Darwin’s best self-contained luxury properties at the Waterfront, with stays from 5 to 90 nights. Last-minute out the next 7 – 14 days, we do offer 3 and 4 night options —check our online calendar for any released availability.
We manage a boutique collection of 12 hand selected high end holiday apartments, including private rentals and our multi-award-winning Darwin Waterfront Luxury Suites. Our focus is simple: high-quality properties, excellent service, and a seamless guest experience.
Post-COVID, our model has changed—no more 3-night stays (unless last-minute) and no staffed showroom. Instead, we operate from a virtual office and provide easy on-site lockbox key collection.
All properties are professionally managed and maintained for a carefree stay. Need something extra—baby items, beach gear, tour info? Just let us know.
Darwin is a top Australian destination—enjoy Mindil Beach Markets, Waterfront restaurants, or a stroll along the Esplanade. Whatever your plans, you’ll love staying with us.
Free underground parking (1 space per apartment, 2.1m height limit). Larger vehicles may need to park a short walk away.

Top End Short Stays Darwin has this fantastic offer available on some of our properties. If you wish to take advantage of this offer you need to book direct with us and select a room type which has “& FREE CAR" in the name of the room type (ie. 2 Bedroom Apartment & FREE CAR).
Terms & Conditions of vehicle use:
- All vehicles are Automatic Toyota Corolla 5 seater model.
- You may ONLY drive it on sealed roads
- Includes 100 klm/day mileage
- You can drive to places like Jumping Crocodile Cruise & Litchfield National Park.
- Unfortunately Katherine Gorge and Kakadu National Park are too far for these vehicles. Sorry!
- Drivers must be over 25 years of age
- Insurance Excess and Bond on the car is $1000
- The vehicle is available at your apartment ready for your check in!
- You just need to return the vehicle cleaned and full of fuel at the end of your stay and
- Every driver must complete our vehicle use contract prior to arrival!
- Child seats are available at a cost of $40 per stay!
